Deaconess Henderson Hospital is currently seeking 1 full-time CRNA to join their growing team. Cases include a variety of services including Trauma, General, ENT, Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, and some healthy pediatrics, and OB. The OR utilizes a collaborative anesthesia care team model. However, in most of the ancillary procedures outside the OR, the CRNA works with the operating physician to provide anesthesia allowing a full range of autonomy. Base salary is $252,500 for 210 shifts (which equates to 10 weeks off) and a $50,000 sign on bonus, $25,000 Loan Forgiveness, and a Student Stipend of up to $12,000 for 5 year term. Flexibility of schedule allows you to volunteer to work more than 210 shifts and even voluntary weekend shifts. (allowing for an annual salary potential of more than $300,000. CRNAs working past their required shift each day will be compensated an alternate rate of time and 1/2 (before 7:00am and after 5:00pm). Call obligation is required for OB call.
