This position is for well-rounded anesthesiologists or nurse anesthetists willing to participate in schedules at any two of three rural affiliates of the University of Rochester. This job is specifically designed for those that would like a high degree of control on their schedule. Relocation is not required. Scheduling can be as far as 12 months in advance. An average of 20 hours per week schedule represents a 0.5FTE with full benefits and the call structure is entirely negotiable. Existing staff are stable and highly mutually supportive. This is an ideal job for someone who values their lifestyle, likes smaller settings and is team oriented but who prefers a W2 environment support over locum agency staffing positions.
