The group has long-standing contracts with two hospitals and one surgery center: North Memorial Health-Robbinsdale Hospital, North Memorial Health-Maple Grove Hospital, and Maple Grove ASC. Our practice promises a broad scope of practice: including trauma (level 1 trauma), OB/Gyn, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, regional, and bread and butter pediatrics. This opportunity has a competitive compensation package and a two year partnership track. As a first year associate, you will be offered a salaried position, signing bonus, 8 weeks vacation, medical/dental coverage, and a generous benefits package including retirement, CME benefits, and malpractice insurance. Second year associates receive 80% of a partner's salary and vacation. Partners receive ~12 weeks of vacation and a competitive salary (~90%ile per MGMA report).
