Position details: Tidewater Anesthesia Associates (TAA) is seeking a full-time general Anesthesiologist. The primary case mix includes bread & butter general surgery, neuro, healthy peds, OB, eyes, and ortho. Take backup call from home with an in-house CRNA on first call. Excellent set up for a healthy work-life balance! Compensation and Benefits: Competitive W-2 salary model with the opportunity to transition to partner status. First year salary is $475,000 for board-certified physicians. Eligibility for profit-sharing upon transitioning to partner status. Sign-on bonus available. Benefits include medical insurance, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan, CME allowance, and professional liability insurance. Retirement plan eligibility after one year of service, no vesting schedule.
