  • Base salary range: $213K-$235K (based on years of experience)
  • $100K sign-on bonus
  • Retention bonus for long-term commitment
  • Optional monthly call bonus with call shift stipends in addition to the call bonus
  • Only one required holiday call per year for all full-time employees
  • All call shifts: 7am - 7pm
  • Bonuses in addition to base pay
  • Extra shift premiums for additional shifts
