Community Medical Anesthesia Consultants (CMAC) is actively seeking a full-time 1099 MD to join our pediatric anesthesiology team. Our pediatric caseload is expanding and now includes subspecialists doing general, orthopedic, ENT, GI, and Pulmonology procedures as well as radiologic studies and interventions. Ideal candidates will be comfortable caring for neonates but also willing to care for mostly adults in this mixed-practice. NICU call requirements are generally only one weekend a month and one week a year, with after hours cases extremely rare. OB call is available and extremely profitable. While Fresno at first glance appears to be in the middle of nowhere, it is actually in the middle of many desirable travel destinations, being only three hours from the LA or San Francisco Bay areas, two hours from the stunning Central California coast featuring Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur and locally surrounded by three beautiful national parks - Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Kings Canyon National Park. With a more affordable housing market than those locations you will find yourself able to enjoy luxurious lodging and travel to those or other locations.
