Details: Renew Medical Group is seeking a motivated anesthesiologist with leadership experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, MO. This is a rare opportunity to help grow and shape a modern orthopedic-focused anesthesia program in a specialty hospital setting---no nights, no weekends, no call, and no floating.



  • Compensation: $700,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday--Friday only
  • Call/Weekends/Nights/Floating: None
  • Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor
  • Relocation Assistance: Offered
  • Loan Forgiveness: PSLF eligible
  • Regional fellowship training preferred but not required

Requirements:


  • Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
  • Leadership experience in clinical settings
  • Regional fellowship training is a plus but not required, however, Proficiency and confidence in regional anesthesia technique is required, given the orthopedic-focused nature of the practice.
  • Strong interest in building long-term programs and teams
