Our 47- member, All Physician Group services a single Hospital location + affiliated Surgery Center (adjacent to main hospital). Total 40 calls per year, fairly distributed (includes assigned late days) , no more than half of which are Friday ,Saturday or Sunday. Only 1st call is overnight. 1st and 2nd weekday calls off the day of the call and post-call day. 3rd and 4th calls get early post-call day. Generous benefit package, including 7 weeks vacation.
