- PA CRNA -- $100K+ Bonus Potential & Earnings to the $500K w/OT & Loan Program This full-time CRNA position offers the chance to earn well into the $400K--$500K+ range with extra shifts and incentive escalators. The employer offers one of the most aggressive bonus structures in Pennsylvania---up to $130K in total bonuses including student, experience, and sign-on support. You'll join a high-acuity teaching hospital with cases in trauma, OB, neuro, cardiac, and more. Part-time W2 and shift flexibility also available. Please contact us for further details.

- Base pay escalators to nearly $400K without OT
