We are the largest physician-only medical group in Northern Nevada, with over 75 anesthesiologists. Working at two hospitals, and multiple surgery centers, our group covers about two-thirds of the anesthesia cases in Reno, including most complex cases. Our main facility is Renown Medical Center which is the only Level 2 adult and peds trauma center in Northern Nevada. Our compensation system is very flexible, accommodating those who value lifestyle, and at the same time allowing those who want to work hard to significantly supplement their incomes. The average partner takes 9 weeks off and earns over $580k gross (benefits deducted from gross) . Overnight and weekend call is optional, but non-participation in call does limit your earning potential. We do not have individual limitations around how much (or how little) time you may take off. Ultimately, we want each physician to find their desired balance within our diverse practice. We are currently interviewing for openings in 2026 due to anticipated growth. In addition to general anesthesia positions, we are also interviewing for pediatric (mixed peds-adult) positions. Our cardiac team is fully staffed, so we are not hiring for cardiac at this time.
