Join our dynamic team of medical professionals in a supportive and rewarding workplace. Position Overview: We are seeking two skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologists to join our team full-time. The ideal candidates will provide anesthesia services for a variety of orthopedic and spine surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role offers a balanced 4-day workweek, allowing for excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer anesthesia (general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care) for orthopedic and spine surgeries.
  • Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
  • Valid medical license in Wyoming (or ability to obtain one).
  • Experience in orthopedic and/or spine surgery anesthesia preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
