EARLIER/LATER START DATE NEGOTIABLE. 401k/health/dental/vision/FML, opportunity to earn additional income with generously incentivized shifts and internal moonlighting at rural facilities. 1099 and W2 opportunities. 4 CRNA sub-groups: 1. Non-call group with mix 8, 10, 12hr shifts. 2. Home call group with mix of home-call and non-call shifts, up to 15 weeks off/year. 3. In-house call group with mix 16 and 24hr shifts (1-3 shifts per week) and 7.5+ weeks off per year (ONE POSITION AVAILABLE JAN 1, 2026 IN THIS SUB-GROUP) 4. Sterling (independent, 1099 only). $9,925-$14,200++ per week with housing provided. Additional incentive shifts in NOCO and rural moonlighting available to supplement income.
