Anesthesia Associates of Coeur d'Alene is an independent practice owned & operated by our members. We currently cover 13, 2 CV ORs, 4 outpatient ORs, 2 cath labs/2 EP rooms/IR Kootenai Health, and several outpatient facilities. Perform all your own anesthetic & regional blocks on a diverse array of cases at a 330 bed level II trauma center, including neuro, spines, healthy pediatrics, and major vascular specialties. CV cases include CABG, valves, TAVR, open & robotic thoracic, LVADs, no transplants. Partner owners of AACdA are committed to a strong hospital presence with unwavering advocacy for our patients and our profession. Multiple prominent administrative roles are held by our anesthesiologists, leadership opportunities available and supported by AACDA. This opening is for a 1099 partner track. Peel off scheduling, including approximately 12 weekends of home call, covering CV and trauma cases only. Once partner pay is K1 with an increase in vacation, pay and inclusion in quarterly profit sharing. Sign on/Relocation bonus given for 2-year commitment.
