Role: Full-time CRNA Location: Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center SurgCenter Tucson Oro Valley Surgical Suites Compensation Summary: $280,000 annually as a 1099 contractor. Contract Type: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no call, no holidays. Generous vacation package. Benefits: Shareholder opportunity Medical, Dental, Vision benefits Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona. Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting. Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients. Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures, medications, and ultrasound regional nerve blocks. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
