Position: Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (26 weeks per year)

Compensation: $600,000 (negotiable)

We are a well-established private anesthesia practice located in beautiful Reston, Virginia, just 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. We are launching a new cardiac program and seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist to be a key part of its development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in a slow, strategic rollout of a cardiac program while maintaining a balanced and predictable schedule.

Case Assignments

* Primary Focus: All cardiac cases

* When no cardiac cases are scheduled: General anesthesia, OB, orthopedic, and other bread-and-butter cases

Schedule & Call

* Work Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (26 weeks per year)

* Hours: 7:00 AM -- 3:00 PM (weekdays)

* Call Coverage: 26 weeks of cardiac-only call, with very low utilization

* Salary: $600,000 (negotiable)
