We are a private anesthesia group serving two hospitals and one ASC in Green Bay looking to hire CRNAs. We have a cohesive team with a lead CRNA manager in a low turnover group. We have two teams: Call team and non-call team available. (see other posting for non-call) Call team: A mix of 8s, 12s, and 24s to give time off during the week, plus the ability to pick up extra days at a premium rate with a 6 hour guarantee. Your base hours are guaranteed, so you be paid for your full 40 hours even if you are sent home early on a light day - we do not force you to use PTO, which is a huge financial benefit few other groups offer. - Base salary of $247,500+ annually - $15,500 retirement contribution to 401k - Call team standby stipend and call compensation averages an additional ~$20,000 more per year -Call team members thus earn $283,000 per year - Earn even more with internal locums on your days off, if you want - Guaranteed 40 hours per week (no forced PTO on light days) and no forced OT on busy days - 7 weeks of PTO - $30,000 sign on bonus with two year commitment <br /> - Can offer flexible FTEs to best fit how much you want to work and can be changed to help you adjust to life events Green Bay is a wonderful place to work and live.
