We are a private anesthesia group serving two hospitals and one ASC in Green Bay looking to hire CRNAs. We have a cohesive team with a lead CRNA manager in a low turnover group. We have two teams: Non-call team and call team available. (see other posting for call team) Non-call team - flexibility and predictability - Base salary of $236,000 annually - $15,500 retirement contribution to 401k - 7 weeks of PTO - $30,000 sign-on bonus with two-year commitment - Guaranteed 40 hours per week (no forced PTO on light days) and no forced OT on busy days - When your shift is done you will be out on time - not forced to stay late if things are running long - One late finish day (available to finish cases until 5 or 7pm, if needed) once every 1.5 weeks. - Can offer flexible FTEs to best fit how much you want to work and can be changed to help you adjust to life events. Pick anywhere between 0.5 and 1.0 for what works for you.
