  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
  • Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling:
  • Monday -- Friday 7 am -- 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm).
  • 1:6 called -- shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. Living and Working in Iron Mountain:

  • Compensation: o Guaranteed salary of $285,000 which includes a quality bonus and call pay. o Commencement bonus of $60,000 o Chief Stipend of $15,000
