Immediate start upon credentialing. -75% of cases in OR are outpatient -Cases mostly bread and butter (general surgery, gyne, urology, some ortho and spine, healthy peds above age 7, ENT, plastics, endoscopy, rare thoracic, rare craniotomy, offsite interventional radiology and sedation for pain blocks) -Partnership track -> 100% production based equity from start with Partnership vote at 2 years. -Cardiac cases done solo and paid 1.5x regular hourly production rate. Pager call from home. -401k profit share plan beginning Year 2, which can be brought to max funding yearly. -1st in-house OB call 1 or 2x monthly -2nd call with subsequent pager from home 1 or 2x monthly -3rd call and subsequent pager from home 1 or 2x monthly *1st, 2nd, and 3rd call compensated with equal weight of 24 hours.
