We are a stable and lucrative private practice group with several contracts in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area. We are seeking a general anesthesiologist to join the team. We are a care team model, physicians rarely do their own cases but may need to from time to time. A well working team is the goal. The physician may choose W2 or 1099 coverage. We offer a competitive 1099 rate, but if signing into a full time position, we offer a lucrative signing bonus in addition to relocation assistance. We will also consider a 2026 resident who has strong regional skills. We have several sites to choose from including:
