  • HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CAAs to join the dynamic, Hospital employed Practice at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. This is a cohesive, collaborative team that has spots open due to growth. New grads interested in optimizing a wide range of skills and scope of practice are more than welcome to apply. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
  • Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 23 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service plus 3 APPs dedicated to covering OB overnight.
  • Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
  • Flexible schedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s, and 14s.
  • Additional compensation for beeper call. 7p-7a shifts are split equitably amongst team members. Physician in-house overnight. Premium call back rate paid at a min. of 2 hours. Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • Very competitive compensation package with 8 weeks PTO frontloaded- no waiting period!.
  • Up to $75K Start Date Bonus plus relocation assistance available.
  • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
