• Care Team model, everyone works their own room so there's plenty of autonomy.
• We work at two Level III Trauma Center community hospitals and several surgery centers
• Our case mix is Orthopedics, General, Gynecology, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, L&D and Neuro....but NO HEARTS!
• Full Time 1099 or W-2 position...your choice.
• The W-2 Benefit Package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Basic Life, 401k with 5% company match.
• Malpractice paid for W-2 and 1099!
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call, unless you want it...see below
• No major holidays (those observed by the hospital)
• Work expectation is 50 hours/week (07:00-17:00 M-F) based on our exclusive hospital contract.
• $150/hour overtime after 17:00
• 6.5 weeks of vacation split evenly and coordinated by the CRNAs.
• Total Compensation Package of $277,500+ depending on call
• Call is available for additional stipends, both L&D and GI depending on desire and experience, bringing the total compensation to over $320,000!
