• Lifestyle-Friendly Schedule:

o Only 14 night shifts per month

o Additional shifts available at highly competitive hourly rates

o Overnight responsibilities include supervision of skilled CRNAs and select solo cases

• Outstanding Compensation & Benefits:

o Starting base salary: $700,000

o Opportunity to earn $180,000--$200,000+ annually by picking up just one to two extra shift per off week

o $4,000 in CME allowance

o Full coverage of licensing, DEA, and credentialing fees

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O., Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical license in New Jersey
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs and independently managing night coverage
