The West Virginia University Department of Anesthesiology is recruiting a full-time faculty General Anesthesiologist. Candidates must be board-certified, or board eligible and actively pursuing board certification. Responsibilities include education of residents and medical students. Opportunities are available for those interested in clinical/basic research. Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited anesthesiology residency program. Fellowship training is preferred. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials.
