Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality anesthesia care. This role involves providing anesthesia services across various settings, including ambulatory surgery centers and occasional hospital settings within the specified counties. Anesthesiologists perform their own cases, typically a mix of ortho, GI, ophthalmology, urology and other various outpatient procedures. Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced environments and a familiarity with blocks is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Valid Illinois medical license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $300.
• Full benefits available, including profit sharing, 401(k), health and disability insurance, vacation.
