CRNAs work independently in busy OR. Cases include general surgery, ortho, urology, gyn, spines, robotics, some ENT. Full time position is 4 shifts a week, which can be a mix of day shift, nights or weekends. Overnight call shifts (if desired-not mandatory, will not work for approximately first 3 months as new grad) can be taken from home if within 30 minute response time. Guaranteed day off for appointments. Schedule out 2-3 months in advance to facilitate work/life balance. Physician anesthesiologist always in house and available. Can live anywhere from Olympia to Seattle and enjoy the benefits of this job!
