Performs anesthetic management of patients undergoing surgical procedures to include airway management and assisting in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in collaboration with anesthesiology. Prepare and administer anesthetic for patient during procedure; Monitor patient vitals; Care for patients before, during, and after procedures; Ensure operating room is prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies; Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients. Education: Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (BSN) Preferred: Completion of Masters/Doctoral of Medical Science in Anesthesiology Licensure: Completion of nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing Active Nurse Anesthetist certification issued by Arizona Board of Nurse Anesthetists Current certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) American Heart Association Basic LIfe Support (BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Experience: New Graduates are Welcome to Apply!
