-Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- -4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics -- your standard outpatient cases

-Shift types: 8s

-Med mal limits for both facilities: 1MIL/3MIL

-EMR - SIS Complete

Requirements

-Active state license

-NBCRNA Certification

-ALS/BLS Certifications
