(AAI) is looking for talented CRNAs, both experienced and new grads, to expand our current ACT team!. Our CRNAs rotate to Sentara Norfolk General, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and two community hospitals as well as outpatient surgery centers. Our trauma center has a site differential. In addition to "bread-and-butter" procedures our cases include: * Large Vascular, Neuro, High-risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic, No peds or hearts Just a few of the perks for our team members include: *retention bonus each year starting at 7yrs from $7K up to $10K to match years of service. *$2500 - $3000 Education money (increases with years served) *30 -- 40 Paid Days Off (PDO) yearly based on years of experience *6 Paid Holidays- if scheduled to work a Holiday, you receive $750 bonus for 8 hour shift or $1000 bonus for a 12 hour shift. *Rarely work weekend call or night shifts, as these shifts are covered by dedicated Call and Night CRNAs *only required to work two rotating holidays per year *plenty of opportunity for voluntary overtime Hampton Roads - A great place to live, with mild year-round climate and of course the **BEACH** We have many cultural and educational opportunities.
