Position Highlights:
  • Annual Compensation: $522,000 with shift-based compensation model, offering excellent earning potential.
  • Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually based on performance.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000.
  • Call Schedule: 1:7 with in-house CRNAs.
  • Caseload: Over 6,300 cases annually, including 350+ OB cases, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment.
  • Care Team Model: Collaborative environment with a team of physicians and CRNAs.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, two retirement plans with Sentara contributions, and more.
  • Paid Malpractice and Tail Insurance.
  • CME Allowance: $7,500 annually.
