US Anesthesia Partners is now looking for FT CRNAs to work in our Medical City Dallas Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Division! The CCA division of USAP is looking to hire a CRNA with experience in pediatric cardiac anesthesia. We provide anesthesia services in a private practice model for a rapidly growing congenital heart program at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Medical City is one of HCA's national flagship hospitals. On-site there are 100 NICU beds and a 12-bed dedicated congenital heart unit with a 12-bed step-down unit. You will have the opportunity to work with a senior pediatric cardiac anesthesia team that has over 60 years of collective experience caring for infants and children with congenital heart disease. We work with 2 outstanding Congenital Heart Surgeons, and a talented group of invasive cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiologists and intensive care specialists. We staff 2 cardiac operating rooms, an EP lab, provide anesthesia services for diagnostic and imaging procedures, and for cardiac patients having non cardiac surgical interventions. We are not a transplantation center. We are seeking a CRNA with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and established skill sets in caring for newborn infants and children with heart disease. Our mutually respectful care team approach provides our CRNA's with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and opportunities for professional growth. The work schedule will be Monday thru Friday, 7 am-5PM, with no call or weekends.
