Grand River Health is seeking a full-time board/eligible/board-certified CRNA to join an established 4-person team in Western Colorado. You will share cases equally and equitably among the team working in a 4-bed OR and 1 procedure room. You will perform your own cases based on schedule, showcasing your skills, and truly work as a team. Our OR is well staffed & has all the equipment needed for the population we serve, scrub techs are knowledgeable, and Doctors are professional.

• All call is taken from home with 30 min response time
