We are a physician-owned, visionary group that works in a collaborative team environment. The position offers a wonderful work/life balance. The work schedule is set and being within close proximity to the beaches provides many opportunities for a quick getaway. This is a dream job! The schedule is Monday through Friday with no nights, no weekends and no call. The work week consists of 40 hours, oftentimes less with early outs. We provide anesthetics for several surgery centers throughout the area including the new Hampton Roads area, Chesapeake Regional Surgery Center, Sentara Obici (mainly urology cases), and Sentara Belle Harbour ASC. In addition we provide anesthetics for office-based procedures in plastics and infertility. WE OFFER FLEXIBILITY. Tell us where you want to work and we can put you there. If you want to rotate for a change of scenery, that is your choice, but if you want stability we can offer that as well. We are willing to work with you! Anesthetists are welcome to choose 1099 or W2 employment. We are currently offering a strong base of $238,000 for experienced CRNAs. With W2 employment, ECAA offers full benefits to include medical, dental, vision and a 401K plan as well as a generous PTO package with flexible vacation scheduling. 6 weeks of PTO first year, including paid holidays, with additional accruals with tenure. We also offer $3500 in CME, one of the highest in the area.
