- CRNA Facility Implementation Team Position: CRNA Facility Implementation Team (FIT TEAM) Location: New facility locations throughout the country Duration: 26 Weeks Per Year Compensation: $370,000 plus Introduction Novus Anesthesia Partners is currently seeking to expand the members of its Facility Implementation Team (FIT TEAM). Our company has enjoyed consistent, sustainable growth over the last three years by working to improve anesthesia practice outcomes for the facilities and providers that we support. Our FIT TEAM is a central component of this strategy as we engage with our facility partners from the date of transition to improve the clinical and operational components of each practice. As a member of the FIT TEAM, you will enjoy significant support from our clinical and administrative leadership, engage in the transition of newly contracted facilities, help us to expand our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals, and work under a strong compensation program that increases directly based upon the number of day and call shifts that you work. Job Summary The CRNA Implementation Team is responsible for implementing and managing the anesthesia care plan for patients undergoing surgical procedures. The team works closely with facility surgical services and OB leadership, surgeons, and our internal leadership to ensure that Novus is delivering safe and effective anesthesia care. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Novus clinical and administrative leadership to implement new facility transitions
- Engage with facility OR and OB leadership to coordinate the delivery of anesthesia care
- Assess patients' medical history and current health status to determine the appropriate anesthesia care plan
- Administer anesthesia to patients during surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons and other facility leadership to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care
- Document patient care and anesthesia administration in medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and training, as needed, to other providers and nursing staff on techniques such as ultrasound guided nerve blocks and line placement Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in anesthesia care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work 26 weeks per year generally in a two on and two off rotations. Compensation: · Base: $370,000 1099 · Includes 26-Weeks of work with average of two weekday calls per work week and one weekend of call per work week. · Medical Malpractice: Paid · Travel: Paid
Additional Compensation: · After Hours: $250/hour · 78 call shifts per year to include 2 weekday calls per week and 1 weekend call per week · Additional Weekday Calls $600 per call shift (Reconciled semi-annually) · Additional Weekend Calls $1,200 per call shift (Reconciled semi-annually) · Holiday Incentive Per facility contract (Avg. 33% incentive increase)
