Join our expanding team at Shriners Children's Portland as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist and play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for infants, children, and adolescents. We're seeking a full-time board-certified/eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our all-physician anesthesia group dedicated to clinical excellence, research, and resident training. You'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in regional anesthesia within our robust program and collaborate with highly skilled Pediatric Regional Anesthesiologists. As an all-physician group, our pediatric anesthesiologists provide direct care to patients undergoing a variety of orthopedic procedures including complex spine and hip surgery. In addition, our team provides anesthesia care to patients undergoing cleft lip and palate, oral and maxillofacial, plastics, and Nuss procedures. This position entails a 1.0 FTE, full-time commitment with rotating call responsibilities 1 week out of every six. No night, weekend, or holiday coverage expectations otherwise. Compensation ranges between $427,373-$685,314 annually, commensurate with experience and departmental equity.

Position Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia, along with Pediatric Anesthesia board Certification (or eligibility) and board Certification in Anesthesiology. Must possess or be eligible for OR medical license Must possess or be eligible for DEA license Must be BLS, ACLS and PALS certified 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience is preferred, but graduating fellows are encouraged to apply
