Located in the southern suburbs of Charlotte, the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area provides the appeal of small town living, with the amenities of a larger city close by. Our group is small enough that interactions are relational and personal, yet is large enough to provide flexibility. The group covers two hospitals in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC. Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill is a 288 bed level 3 trauma center that provides a wide variety of both cases and acuity. Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill opened 2022 as a 100 bed community hospital, with the majority of the case load being outpatient surgeries. A variety of shifts are available to best fit your schedule. Guaranteed hours without mandatory peel out. Total yearly compensation package including benefits ranges from $270k for new grads to $325k for experienced providers, with opportunity for additional income with call, backup call, and heart team participation. Plus $30k sign on bonus, paid over three years. Health insurance, dental insurance, short term disability, malpractice, profit sharing and 401k retirement plans are all provided.
