Winchester Anesthesia Associates is looking for either full or part time CRNAs to join our private practice based at Winchester Hospital, a community hospital with 229 beds in the northern suburbs of Boston. We have an exclusive contract for coverage of anesthetic sites at the hospital, a nearby ambulatory surgery center, and an offsite endoscopy center located in Woburn, MA. Our practice consists of mostly bread and butter community hospital cases. In addition to OR coverage, our practice provides anesthesia services at the hospital for an endoscopy room, interventional radiology suite, and a busy labor and delivery department. Our ambulatory surgery center is located 0.5 miles from the hospital and has 4 ORs. No heads, hearts, sick peds, trauma, or transplants. 10 hour day shifts available; 12 hour shifts available on request. No required overnight calls or weekends. Overtime late shifts, weekend in-house shifts, and at home weekend backup pager call are all available for additional income. $300,000 FT salary $30,000 sign on bonus 7.5 weeks Paid Time Off; 6 paid holidays off, in accordance with Winchester Hospital holiday schedule.
