  • Looking for a talented and engaged CRNAs to join National Partners in Healthcare, a National Practice Management company in the DFW metroplex. Our continued growth has created the need for an additional number of CRNAs to practice in Arlington, TX. This will mostly involve contracted facility work in a Hospital setting with call responsibilities. Generous benefits package, including:
  • Paid malpractice coverage
  • Compensation to commensurate with shifts but will range from $325k- $340k+, based on shifts, plus opportunities to earn additional pay through call and extra shift pay. Position Details: Covering Hospital setting
  • 9 ORs, 1GI lab. 1 Cath Lab, 3 OB suites for Hospital Cases covering:
  • General, B&B
  • Regional for Ortho
  • Spine
  • OB epidurals
  • GI / Endo
  • Ortho
  • Urology
  • EP/ Cath Lab
  • Some Cardiovascular
  • Vascular/Thoracic Level II trauma center
  • Busy OB service (in-house CRNA at night)
  • Graphium EMR with point-of-care charting
  • Full scope practice -- CRNAs place spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial / central lines, etc.
  • Primarily medical supervision with 1:3 ratios; will provide lots of teaching and train up to allow CRNAs to function autonomously
