  • 5,000 births a year
  • Call room -- has all that and a mini kitchen in a shared lounge area. 3 private rooms with bathroom and shower
  • Schedule is an OB hybrid position
  • 50% OB and 50% general cases -- best of both worlds and best of both schedules working 24s, 8s and 12s
  • 6 ORs and growing
  • CRNAs do own spinal and epidurals, very independent work
  • $75,000 tuition assistance program or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a new employee-friendly commitment time
