  • Centennial Medical Center is looking for Pediatric CRNAs to join their small, unique team in Nashville, TN! Newly increased base salary! Encompassing a variety of Pediatric cases including ear tubes, tonsils and adenoids, orthopedic fractures, pediatric ophthalmology, all peds general cases, open and laparoscopic, critical neonatal lesions, line placements, feeding tubes, procedures on formal premature infants, oncology procedures, MRI and other radiology procedures, GI procedures, pediatric orology. The pediatric team has 5 MDAs and 12 CRNAs. Key Highlights of Job
  • Schedule is 12s/8s combo 4 days a week or straight 8s
  • No night call, only 12 hour shifts on weekends, once every 2-3 months a weekend call shit (Sat/Sun)
  • Types of Peds cases? Everything
  • How many Peds ORs? 4-5 daily PEDS ORs mixed in with our Adult ORs, off-site PEDS treatment rooms as well (2)
  • Typically medical direction with 4:1 ratio
  • 40% Peds during the day and the rest adults. Averages out to 1-2 days in Peds during the week (4 day work week)
  • $75,000 tuition assistance program or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a new employee-friendly commitment time
