USAP TN is excited to announce their new position as a .8 full-time employee. Open to experienced and new grads! Available at downtown and various surrounding hospitals. This position would include full medical benefits, a sign-on bonus, paid time off, and a schedule made for work-life balance.
1. Work Schedule Options:
- 4 days per week with *preference of day off
- Alternatively, work 5 days per week for 4 weeks, followed by 1 week off
2. Call Requirements:
- 13 weekends per year
- 0.8 Equivalent of weekday call *may depend upon the availability of the individual call pool
3. Compensation:
Two years' experience or more would have an annual salary of $400,000, based on a 0.8 FTE (full-time equivalent) rate of $500,000. Residents would start off at $360,000
4. Sign-On Bonus:
$40,000 for two-year commitment
5. Benefits & Vacation:
- Full Medical, Dental and Vision benefits along with covered Malpractice
- Total Time off Two years of experience or more
- Year 1: 32 vacation days in addition to time off based on FTE status
- Year 2: 36 vacation days in addition to time off based on FTE status
Resident
- Year 1: 20 vacation days in addition to time off based on FTE status
- Year 2: 24 vacation days in addition to time off based on FTE status
- Year 3: 36 vacation days in addition to time off based on FTE status
6. Incentives:
Eligible for the productivity-based point bonus system upon attaining partnership status.
7. Partnership:
Eligible for partnership following a 2-year FTE equivalent.
8. 401 (K) Plan Highlights:
- Profit Sharing: You are eligible to receive 3% profit sharing. You do not have to contribute to receive profit-sharing contribution. This amount will increase to 9% after 15 years of FTE-equivalent service.
- 401K Match: You are eligible to receive up to 4% match. To receive the full 4% employer match, you must contribute at least 6%.
