We are actively recruiting CAAs to join our growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital & Cape Coral Hospital . This full-time call taking position would join a team of 30 anesthesiologists and a total of 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers. Our care team model ratio varies from a 1:2 to 1:4 depending upon staffing and type of case. We offer a competitive compensation structure with salaries starting at $210k, including an up to $30,000 stipend for those who dual specialize ($17,500 for single specialty), daily shift premium time, and additional compensation for call.
