Cumberland Valley Surgery Center is the longest active multispecialty, same day surgery center in the Hagerstown area! The facility has 1 Operating room with general anesthesia capabilities, 2 Treatment rooms with local/ monitored anesthesia care capabilities, 1 Preoperative area and 1 Post Anesthesia Care Area.
- Case Assignments: CVSC specializes in Pain Management, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Dental/Oral surgery, Gynecology, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Podiatry, and Endoscopy.

- Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts)
- PRN Providers must be able to work 1 day per week or a minimum of 6 shifts per month Area Attractions:

- Assist in the directing and coordinating of Activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious ad/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX
- Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a Physician Total Rewards
