Shift(s) Description: - M-W-F 6:30 - 3:00 T-Th 7:00 - 3:30, but will stay later if help is needed in non-cardiac cases or the cardiac case is not finished. - No call - No weekends We are looking for a Perm provider in their Cardiac Anesthesia department! - Growing hospital cardiac surgery program - Trauma Level II - Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Hospital based. On rare occasions may need to oversee CRNAs at the ASC if no cardiac cases are scheduled and a physician is needed at the ASC location. - Documentation System/EMR: Cerner - moving to -EPIC in 2 years. Some paper - Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: Cardiac surgeries 1/day - but not every day at this point. 5-7 general cases/day. Must help cover general if no cardiac cases. - Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 6 - Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): All. Very sick children are sent to other hospitals better staffed/equipped for children. Number of Operating Rooms: 8 in use at one time - Cannot accept visa candidates - Will not sponsor J1 candidates - Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 8 - 12 weeks

Compensation: - The total package is $575,000 (salary + benefits). - Premium paid health insurance - short/long term disability - professional liability - $2500 medical allowance - 8 weeks vacation (including time for CME) - $10,000 education allowance - profit sharing - a sign-on bonus of $50,000 with three-year commitment - up to $100,000 education loan repayment - moving allowance of $10,000
