Northside Anesthesia Services (NAS), LLC, is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in multiple practice locations within the greater Indianapolis area. NAS is the largest private practice anesthesiology group in Indiana with 95 General and Pediatric Anesthesiologists. Position Highlights: -Full-Time, call required--- including in-house and home call -Flexible ability to trade and give away calls as desired (Some members take large amounts of call by choice, and other members give away most or all of their call. Majority of members are somewhere in the middle.) -Post-call day off following in-house overnight calls at Level 1 trauma hospital and high-risk OB facility at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital Indianapolis -Combination of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities working with mostly adult patients including but not limited to: ortho, neurosurgery, endoscopy, vascular, OB/Gyn, ophthalmology, ENT, occasional pediatric cases -MD/DO only practice. RVU productivity model -4-year Partnership track -Median income: $670,000. Income varies substantially based on productivity (amount of vacation, call, add-ons, etc) -Sign-on Bonus: $40,000.
