Anesthesia Care Consultants (ACC), an independent all MD anesthesia practice since 1996, is currently seeking four (4) BC/BE General Anesthesiologists and two (2) Chronic Pain Specialists. Opportunities exist in San Francisco, San Mateo, San Jose, Fremont, and Santa Cruz California. ACC maintains its' own regional office to track practice quality, preoperative evaluation, credentialing, scheduling, and revenue cycle management. In-house scheduling provides for both flexible and equitable scheduling with direct access to the full time scheduler. The ACC practice model is to partner with established, and new, facilities with long term growth potential. Compensation is productivity based and varies by skill level, work performed, call, and time off. One may choose a Hospital Based Practice, a Surgery Center Based Practice; or a blend of both. There is a formal on-boarding program with active mentoring at all sites. Opportunities exist in General, Regional, part-time Cardiac Anesthesia (fellowship not required) and Chronic Pain. Hospital call is optional, separately reimbursed; and does not include OB or trauma. Healthcare benefits, 401K, CME allowance and paid malpractice are offered. Positions include 1099, W2, and Shareholder Track positions. Within the Shareholder Track there are opportunities to learn and develop skills in Practice Management and Development, Quality Improvement, Peri-operative Surgical Home, Medical Directorship, and to participate in Hospital Committees and Governance.
