New sub-group of Pacific Anesthesia growing to add outpatient orthopedics and ENT to our practice. We work to accommodate part-time, no call, and job sharing requests. Appealing to anesthesiologists committed to personally-provided anesthesia care. No supervision. We provide coverage locally at Providence St. Peter Hospital and their attached outpatient surgery center, as well as Clarus Eye Centre. ENT ASC opening this year. Group structure designed for balance of flexibility and equity with average 8 weeks of vacation and income based on production. Increasing hospital support for payor mix and FMV resulting in increasingly competitive compensation. This cardiac anesthesia opening requires adult cardiothoracic fellowship completion and advanced TEE certification: involves 1-2 days a week of cardiothoracic plus the rest of the great diverse case mix we care for. Cardiac mostly CABG, AVR, combined cases, Aortic surgery, TAVR, Watchman, Robotic-assisted thoracic. No transplants or VADs. Congenial atmosphere and surgeons. Nice, diverse case and acuity mix at tertiary referral community hospital and level 3 trauma center. No transplants or sick kids but pretty much everything else: general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, ENT, OB, optho etc. Anesthesia support nurses facilitate procedures, blocks, and vascular access. Excellent job benefits. No State Income Tax Life is good in Olympia, Washington.
